What started as an extensive remodel, turned into a tear-down-and-rebuild. The owners wanted to use our floor plan from the remodel as the design for their rebuilding. Construction started in the fall. Using a paneled wall system, the home was framed within a week. The small garage was relocated on the lot and enlarged to acommodate two cars. A story was added over the previous first-floor bedroom and entry, and new porches were built on to the front and back of the home.
