This project involved both remodeling and extensive new additions. The neo-Victorian style of the existing home gave us the design direction, while the homeowner's desire for more sunlight guided our hand in the remodeling.

Among the dramatic features of this home are its vaulted ceriling and curved windows. The three-level addition included a guest suite, bathroom and gallery room on the econd floor, a radient-heated garage with a workshop on the main level and extra basement storage areas. The addition is accessible from all levels of the house.
