      This was a major remodel of an existing house. We added a new wing that included a main level garage. The existing structure was unusual and didn't sit well on the lot; for example, the front entrance to the house couldn't be seen from the drive, but it had a lot of character. We enhanced the quirky elements and modified the things that didn't work well. The new addition doubled the living space of the home.
